Myrtle and Leslie approached the Design Yard for their new kitchen in Portstewart, which not only needed to complement their new home, but also provide an ease of living through its coherent design, smooth curves and key appliances.Myrtle and Leslie were thorough in their research and before approaching The Design Yard, Dungannon they made a trip over to London to visit the Excel Exhibition. It was here that Myrtle says ‘we got a feel for what we wanted. Our last kitchen, made from French Oak in a country style, was very traditional, but because we were moving to a more contemporary style home beside the sea we wanted something completely different.
