The start of a new season offers no better time to switch things up with a little bit of a spring clean. This issue we bring you all the latest trends for 2016 to help inspire your interiors; from the latest Pantone colours to the resurgence of dining rooms and the home office as well as bringing the outdoors in and injecting some glamour. If you are considering changing your bathroom then our bathroom feature is a must, with a collection of the latest showers, baths and sanitryware for you to ponder, in a range of both traditional and contemporary stylings. Moving to the kitchen, we take a look at some of the latest in fridge freezer technology.

Speaking of the kitchen, Kate and Daniel’s Cork home was undergoing a complete renovation and extension when they called in Newcastle Design to create their dream kitchen and they couldn’t be happier with the finished result.

Our homes this issue take us to Foxleigh Hall in Dromore; set within 20 acres of beautiful countryside, this beautiful family home has been dramatically decorated by Beaufort Inteiors and homeowners Paul and Bernie. Moving South, Liz and Padraig’s beautiful countryside new build in Louth boasts lots of natural light. They were sad to leave their friendly neighbourhood but couldn’t wait to build their own house. Next we’re are off to Dublin city centre to see Simon and Jo’s incredibly unique renovated stable home, where the rustic charm of the building lends itself to the overall industrial style, full of deep colours and exposed brick walls.

This issue Deirdre Prince looks at garden trends for 2016 so that even your shrubs and tubs are up-to-date and looking great!

In our travel pages we focus on some of the things you can do around Ireland on St. Patrick’s Day – from parades to climbing mountains, there is something in there for all the family to enjoy. A little bit further away – and sunnier – is Sydney; with its stunning coastline and buzzing inner city it is a breath of fresh-air and will offer the holiday of a lifetime.
