Ashen & Cloud founder and creative director, Susan McGowan, has reimagined this Lucan cottage, west of Dublin, converting it into a stunning home that exudes both drama and simplicity.

Blending old and new is at the heart of this home project in the suburban town of Lucan, west of Dublin. An existing cottage with a new 2,100 square foot insulated concrete formwork build extension, Susan was gifted a clean canvas on which to paint the home of dreams. The homeowners, drawn by the allure of transformation, embarked on a journey in Susan’s safe hands to revitalise their living space.
