Softening the Edges

The homeowners of this Holywood home knew the potential this property had the moment they viewed it. A relatively new build, structurally it was sound, however it was the interior that needed adjusted to reflect their lifestyle and so they called on Rossetto & Co to realise their interior vision.

Prior to an interior overhaul this house oozed potential. It offered generous proportions, a sought-after location and a layout centred around a private courtyard garden. Yet despite being structurally sound and relatively modern, it simply did not reflect how the family wanted to live. A comprehensive renovation led by interior designer Rebecca Rossetto of Rossetto & Co, transformed the house into a calm and beautiful family home rich in comfort and timelessness. ‘Although the property wasn’t particularly old, having been built within the last 10 to 20 years, this was very much a full renovation project,’ explains Rebecca. ‘The house itself was in excellent condition structurally, but stylistically it simply wasn’t right for my clients.’
