Wanting to inject a new lease of life into this formerly run down Dublin property Tadhg Dorgan embarked on an extensive restoration project, and is now enjoying its original charm once more.

Purchased in 2017 this period property was in need of a complete overhaul. The almost derelict house required re-wiring, re-plumbing, re-plastering, the brickwork needed re-pointing and all the limestones sills needed to be sandblasted. Tadhg was drawn to the property because of its location, opposite a pretty green in Dublin, and the fact the house was very bright with high ceilings, Tadhg could at once see its potential.
