The owner of this recently built mews style house has been able to create a home that truly reflects her style and personality.

Working with an interior designer, the owner of this Dublin home has been able to create an inspiring space, to remove the old fashioned look and create a contemporary and functional home. As the interior designer Jane Higgins comments, ‘The client’s brief was to design and source all the items for the reception room and kitchen which included the lighting, colour scheme and bespoke furniture and to design storage for the bedrooms.’ The original décor included yellow flock wallpaper, dark shiny grey carpets, florid fireplaces and dark floors in the entrance hall, all this was stripped out to make way for a much more modern look in keeping with the owner’s tastes.
