When homeowners Rob and Janice found the perfect site to build their forever home in Co. Antrim, they wanted to make the most of the beautiful surroundings and stunning views.

If this Irish home looks familiar, it is because it recently received the winning title of Home of the Year on the recent RTÉ series of the same name. Judges Hugh Wallace, Amanda Bone and Sara Cosgrove all agreed that this architectural new build stood out above the other six finalists. ‘This is our dream home and it was a daunting experience sharing it with others on Home of the Year, but of course we are delighted to have taken part, and to have won is a real reward for all of the hard work that we put into it,’ says Janice.
