This beautiful home, built in 2006, was purchased by Gillian and Mike from its original owners in 2016 upon their return from London.

Built in 2006, Gillian and Mike bought the house from its original owners, on their return from London in 2016. ‘We’d lived in period properties in London for years, so this house was very different in style for us. I wouldn’t describe it as contemporary or traditional, it’s a hybrid, with stonework on the outside and an L-shaped footprint. I’d say it’s best described as modern country style. Inside, it was the layout that sold it to us; we just loved the open-plan kitchen and how the rooms flow,’ explains Gillian.
