The Rankin Selection

Due to make a return to our TV screens in March we caught up with talented chef Paul Rankin as he shares a few of his recipes for you to try at home.

Dynamic chef duo Paul Rankin and Nick Nairn are set to return to TV screens this March with a brand new series of Paul and Nick’s Big American Food Trip. The eight part series will launch on Friday 4th March at 8pm on UTV with the chefs, who have been close friends for the past 20 years, embarking on a culinary journey to follow in the trail of the first Ulster-Scots who travelled and settled in the ‘New World’. This is the fourth series featuring the chefs and the second time they have taken in the American trail on their travels.

  • Cod on a Potato & Leek Risotto with Buttered Greens
  • Pork with Black Pudding Croquets & Pea Purée
  • Potter’s Puff with Cider Sabayon
