Graham Herterich talks to us about his first cookbook and shares some of the recipes you might like to try this Christmas.My passion is traditional Irish baking, and over the course of the last five years I’ve found the confidence to recreate many of these much loved classics,’ comments Graham Herterich, who developed his love affair with baking while learning to cook as a young child at his Granny’s side. Having trained and spent time working in the kitchens of well-known restaurants and hotels like Kilkee Castle, Marlfield House, Mount Juliet, Chapter One, Peacock Alley and The Commons, Graham founded The Cupcake Bloke in 2012 and opening his first retail store, The Bakery in Rialto, Dublin, in 2018.
