A new and exciting restaurant, The Wheathill is perfect for those who want a little extra from an affordable dining experience in Bangor. A relaxed and friendly atmosphere means that you can sit back, enjoy the seafront view, listen to good music and simply indulge in good food. With a modern twist on traditional dishes using local produce, expect to find an original menu, sociable atmosphere and welcoming staff to complete your visit and ensure your return. Since opening in December 2015, The Wheathill has won a number of awards including Irish restaurant awards Best Newcomer Co.Down 2016.

  • Cured Beef Fillet with Mustard Dressing, Toasted Hazelnuts and Radicchio
  • Cured BBQ Mackerel with Tomato Cous Cous, Lavosh & Lemon Mayonnaise
  • Chocolate Tart with Banana and Peanut Brittle
