Looking for the perfect family home, Neil and Marie-Claire decided to purchase this beautiful site in East Belfast set on the edge of the city at the foot of the Craigantlet Hills ten years ago, to embark upon this ambitious build project.

As Neil explains, ‘When we bought this site it had a small labourer’s cottage on the land and we saw the huge potential in knocking this down and building a modern family home in the space.’
