March Winds and April Showers Bring forth May Flowers’ – Deirdre Prince is not entirely certain where this saying comes from, but when spring comes around each year, she hears it banded about as if it excuses the unpredictable weather that appears around late spring and early summer.

While wind and rain is not solely confined to these months (unfortunately), it is worth paying a bit of attention to ways of reducing the effects of these elements in order to protect the more delicate plants in your garden.
