Gardening is one of the most rewarding experiences that anyone can have, and a lot of research has revealed the therapeutic benefits of gardening. Studies suggest that getting in touch with the soil promotes physical health, mental well-being through relaxation, and stress relief.

While that is obvious to most of us, what if you are physically not able to garden? What if you find the experience of digging around in your garden difficult and stressful due to a lack of physical ability? Rest assured, there are many simple solutions which can be easily implemented to make gardening (and life) much easier.
