Bright Addition

Martin and Nuala used their creativity to transform a dated three bedroom Georgian villa in into a stylish light filled Dublin home. with a striking new addition.

‘Back in 2004 when we first viewed the house we both knew it was right for us and our family, despite the fact that is was very dated not having been touched since the 1970s. It had a good vibe to it, nestled in a pretty tree lined road in Dublin, the location was a perfect walking distance from the city centre, close to an eclectic mix of lively bars and restaurants with the added bonus of a good local school for our daughters, aged eight and ten,’ says Martin. Having sold their previous family home they were in a strong position so were able to move quickly with the sale.
