Andrew Lawlor

Andrew Lawlor is a self-taught chef with over 25 years of experience working in the restaurant industry. Having worked in such places as Wright’s Brasserie, The Clarence, The Hungry Monk, Bistro One, Hartley’s & The Green Hen as well as The Australian House of Parliament where he cooked for many world leaders and heads of state. Andrew has traveled extensively through Europe, cooking and learning flavours and techniques that he brings to every dish he cooks. With seasonality and freshness the key to the style that he offers at Le Plancha.
