In South County Dublin, this Tudor-style property sits in one of the area’s most scenic seaside suburbs and spans around 4,600 square feet. Lauren Martin, Co-founder and Director of North Design, explains, ‘The house itself was in solid condition when our clients bought it thanks to some updates done by the previous owner, but they were keen to boost its energy efficiency and, more importantly, make it their own.’ The clients, a family returning to Ireland from the U.S., wanted their new home to reflect their lifestyle and taste. ‘They were planning on moving home and wanted a fresh start for their family back in Ireland,’ says Lauren.
