As the homeowner explains, ‘I originally bought the property 20 years ago because of the central location to everywhere I was working. After living there ten years I carried out major renovations when I changed the configuration and size of rooms, replaced the kitchen and bathroom, replaced all internal woodwork and doors, fitted a porcelain tiled floor to the entire downstairs and added a sunroom.
