When the owners first met with Timbercraft designer Mariana Mondini Aversa, ‘they sought a complete overhaul of their existing kitchen, which no longer suited their family’s needs due to limited storage, poor flow, and an outdated style,’ the designer begins. ‘Their brief called for a contemporary design with neutral tones, a sleek handle-less finish, and guidance on appliance selection.’ While the clients were specific about certain elements, they also gave Mariana freedom to ‘reimagine the layout and overall concept.’ This flexibility allowed her to create a kitchen that not only met their aesthetic goals but also solved the functional shortcomings of the previous space, transforming it into ‘a balanced, efficient, and family-friendly hub for both everyday living and entertaining.’Read more in the October issue…
