Meeting The Brief

This Sandymount home needed an interior renovation that would balance the client’s love of mid-century furniture and statement sculptural pieces, all while staying true to the style of the property.

This pebble-dashed 1930s terraced home was originally a two-bedroom property, although several extensions over the years have allowed for an additional bedroom, an ensuite in the master bedroom and a larger kitchen space. While it was perfectly presentable, much of the recent work was cosmetic, with a lot of the original features either removed or covered over and its new owner was keen to add character while improving the functionality of the home.
