A full turnkey renovation has transformed this stunning Edwardian property in Carrickmines.

This elegant Edwardian home in Carrickmines required an interior renovation to bring it in line with the new owners’ taste and lifestyle. Working with Hélène Broderick Interiors (HBI), they wanted to create a luxurious and timeless aesthetic, with plenty of bespoke features and high functionality for their busy family of four. Hélène explains, ‘This was a full, turnkey project. The clients had recently moved into the property and while it was in very good condition, the décor was not to their style. The bathrooms were a bit dated, and it lacked that luxury feel they were craving. ‘This is a busy household and they wanted to minimise the disruption, so they decided to stagger the work by completing it in two phases. Phase one took into account all the downstairs spaces, except for the utility and kitchen, and all the upstairs rooms. Phase two will happen early next to complete the home.’ With beautiful high ceilings and well-proportioned rooms, the HBI team had an ideal canvas to work with. As with every client, Hélène spent some time getting to know the family before any work began.
