Tell us the background story of this project.
This kitchen renovation was designed for a young family who needed a space that could grow with them. Their priorities were clear: a large island that everyday life could centre around, complemented by a statement canopy and a full cornice carried right to the ceiling.

What was the brief?
The homeowners were set on an in-frame kitchen from the outset, having admired KDC designs in friends’ homes. They arrived with a clear wish list that included a pantry cupboard, a Belfast sink and a generous island.

How would you describe the overall style?
This is a modern take on a bespoke in-frame kitchen.
