Charlene Turkington, the creative force behind BUNKR, is on a mission to transform the landscape of shared living for young professionals. Here she invites us inside one of those properties in East Belfast.

With over a decade of interior design experience, Charlene Turkington has created a specialist, yet unique service, with her Belfast-based studio which reworks underperforming and unloved properties into bold, character-filled homes. ‘I’m passionate about bringing a fresh new energy to shared accommodation,’ says Charlene. ‘Shared living doesn’t need to be soulless. Our mission is to create spaces that are quirky, innovative, and deeply considered.’
