America’s capital is a city of culture and history, full of iconic monuments and vast museums as well as being a hub of political life.

Things to See & Do
A lot of history is concentrated within the relatively small Washington D.C. The Lincoln Memorial & Reflecting Pool is a 19 foot statue of Abraham Lincoln that sits overlooking the reflecting pool and the Washington Monument. Dedicated in 1922, the Lincoln Memorial has been home to many defining moments in American history and is where Martin Luther King Jr gave his ‘I Have a Dream’ speech.
